OCN Credit4Learning has recently carried out an online Provider Self Review Audit on our Beauty and Aesthetics training providers as the first stage of full moderation auditing to ensure all aspects of accredited training and learner wellbeing is being delivered to the required standard.

The Provider moderation audits were an overwhelming success with 99% of Beauty and Aesthetic Training providers being compliant and most excelling in all aspects.

The audits were also a chance to identify those Beauty and Aesthetic providers that were not compliant and the 1% that failed to comply, after many offers of advice and support, have had their membership terminated.

The purpose of the Provider Self Review Audit was the opportunity for providers to reflect upon their delivery and process whilst we conducted checks to ensure all are delivering safe, effective and the highest quality training to their learners.

Following the success of the Quality Audit, OCN Credit4Learning will be carrying out further Provider Self Review Audits on our other training providers.
